Many sexual abuse victims,especially children,learn to disassociate themselves from the sex act.It's a coping tool.They learn to just lay still and take it,no matter how bad it hurts or how scared they are,so that the abuser will get done faster.They learn that fighting just prolongs the inevitable.She's not board,she is imagining her she way.

Everything is based on reality, our imaginations just change it based on what aspects of reality we have witnessed.
Consider how one explains a griffen or Chimera, both creatures mixed of real creatures. Sexual fantasy is the same way. A good artist can't draw an accurate vagina if they have never seen one, when you were young did you ever have it explained to you? I remember that the explanation only made it harder to understand when I was little.
Unrealistic or nonsensical situations are all based on realistic situations and mental expansion of these situations.
In this case ut is actual fact. Both anon 2(not 1, anon 1 is just an idiot.) and 4 are accurate in their explanation, though more likely in this case it is based more so on anon 2's explanation.
