@Calvin3, The overworld mechanic is that no pokemon can be outside it's pokeball in an indoors enviroment if it's over 8.5 feet tall or long UNLESS it has a serpentine body type. The logic is that a snake is low to the ground and can coil up to reduce space take-up, but as the pic shows, there's a limit to what that should be able to accomodate.
