Hard to say, if we did that we'd probably have to tag it as Ocarina_of_time or majoras_mask considering it's that Link.

To be fair, The Hero's shade is more of an incarnation of Link's... I-don't-know-what.
Then again, Link himself is an incarnation so...

The hero of shad is link from majoras mask assuming the flawed cannon that major as mask takes place in an alternative universe then where he dies accidentally from a long fall the game taking place in purgatory and ending when link help all the other lost souls of termina come to peace. In this alt universe he dies as kid link from ocarina of time never causing a paradox that erase his actions as the hero of time and making him an astothos the hero's shad and also causing the separate time lines for wind walker (hero dies great flood)and twilight princess (hero lives hyrule stands)
