From what I understand, Sniper Wolf is still fairly popular amongst MGS fans, so it's possible. Though I don't know if she would be picked up by him this early. I heard she was only 4 by The Phantom Pain, and the kind of life she talked about sounded like it lasted until she was at least in double digit age before "Saladin" rescued her. Just my thoughts. I'm hoping for a Wolf appearance too, though. Maybe trained by Quiet? Incredibly obvious, yeah, but I'm hopeful.

To Anonymous 1365891, yes she is supposed to be a Kurd so she should be around western Iran, northern Iraq, eastern Turkey, Armenia, or northeastern Syria (around that area) assuming as a Kurd she stood around where Kurds have lived.

Given how exploding children have already happened in G0's, it's entirely plausible that's she's trafficked into Afghanistan's child exploitation markets.
Also sewing bombs into children is equal parts "holy shit not funny asshole" and "terribly, terribly stupid" so fuck you Kojima.
