While I can see why someone would tag this character as a Lamia,
it's actual race is an Lillend due to the wings.

If there's any doubt, here's my proof and reason behind changing the lamia tag to Lillend. You can also just Google Lillend and get several other pictures similar to this one.

Only thing that's off about the picture would be the second pair of wings.
