I wouldn't quite go so far as to say "hideous" like that, but while I disagree about that, it is true that they obviously don't like nearly as good as the characters themselves, but what the heck do you expect? it's an anime, finding anime-quality cosplays is nearly impossible.(for the looks alone, not including the outfits/makeup/hair)
