I should clarify here, even though I'm years late in doing so.
The artist likes drawing Mitsuhide as a woman, and this was the final page to one such short pixiv doujin. I'd post the whole thing but I'm a bit lazy so I only tend to upload things relevant to my interests...

To further add onto this point (but disregarding the habits of the original artist)...

Ranmaru is attracted to Gracia in Warriors Orochi 3/Musou Orochi 2...so "Lady Mitsuhide" could also easily be interpreted to be said daughter of Akechi Mitsuhide in this image.

I don't normally ship pairings, as I am not into writing fanfiction...but if I ever did? I think I'd ship these two as a straight pairing.

Ranmaru's the kind of 'trap' that would make lesbians fall for him...the only guy that could.
