Seems kind of artifact-y. Particularly around the pokemon itself

The shading doesn't look much like Sugimori's either (compared to the Fennekin in the background)

@1259223: You would be needing to doubleslap the whole Game Freak team, since they're all working on the design of every Pokémon together.
