Haven't seen the movie, but she is transmorphed back into a kid. Whether or not she still has the tattoo could actually be explained since she got them as 8 and 18 respectively, and thus chronologically wouldn't have them as 5-7?

By that logic, it should just change her body, not anything added to it like a tattoo or piercings. Her hair stayed long too.

she still have her tangerine/pinwheel tattoo, its on her left shoulder (hidden by her hair or its right behind her shoulder)
