If this were accurately representing the character, this would be tagged "trap". However, putting full breasts on the character makes this something else entirely, as someone correctly tagged: newhalf.

The tag "trap" doesn't apply here at all, anyway. The tag is only for when you can't tell from the thumbnail that the character is a male (and in some cases, newhalf).

The plainly visible penis makes it pretty easy to pick out this character's gender from the thumbnail, so even if those breasts weren't there, it wouldn't be correct to tag it "trap".

Trap and 1boy are incorrect, she is a newhalf, which means you should refer to her as a girl. Having a penis or vagina is not the ultimate decider in one's gender. You tag newhalf pictures the same way you tag futanari pictures, but unless if there is a futanari in the picture, do not add the futanari tag.
