weight's alone = 60lb
plus assuming it is an Olympic standard bar, the bar weighs 45lb
60+45= 105
going just by physical appearance he should be capable of lifting much much more than that, but due to the fact that this was clearly pre-planned this is probably what he felt would be a safe weight if he were to lose strength to push it back up.
