If I'm seeing this correctly, then Seiga is Remilia, Momiji is Cirno, Remilia is Reimu, Reimu is Seiga, Marisa is Aya, Sakuya is Flandre, Flandre is Marisa, Aya is Patchouli, Patchouli is Momiji, and Cirno is Sakuya.

The text also points out who they are, though I can't read all of the kanji, I can read some, and all of the katakana.

Ex, the ones pointing to Flandre and Remilia say their names, presumably, all of the rest do as well.
