If you seen the other gif with Tamagushi the Exemplary Priestess next to Gagaga Girl's, it showed that their skirts shrunk, for the episode however, I can't say since the uploader didn't post the source. :/

Of course Gagaga's more useful; she was made later, and has a stronger effect! DMG is obviously hotter though.
