Need to set up rough rules:
1) penetration rate will be determined by ground speed of vehicle. The faster the vehicle goes, the faster the dildo goes.
2) The number of penetration points will determine the amount of motors/batteries allowed. I.e. vaginal only gets less benefit than if the 'driver' is taking it up the ass and orally as well. (should extra riders be allowed for more horsepower?)
3) Dildos will be of a specific minimum regulation size and penetration depth. No pencil eraser barely touching style.
4) Side walls will be padded for racers that have had too many orgasms and cannot see straight any more.
5) referee override will be provided, so if a racer goes out of control, the referees can guide her safely off the track. Alert lights will be used to let people know when this is happening.
6) Safety straps. The rider will be strapped in so she doesn't fall off. Extra padding so she is comfy will also be applied.
7) Winner victory lap: After the winner is determined, she will be remote controlled by the referees around the track for another lap, with the cameras focused on her face for all to see.
8) Lower motivation - the losing teams will be eaten out for an hour before the celebration party, but not enough to orgasm. This will make them very fun for the winning team male members to enjoy.
