@anon4 - actually, this is pretty clever censorship:
1. Right click the image and select Copy Image;
2. Press Win+R, type mspaint and hit enter;
3. Paste that picture there;
4. Click the select tool in the toolbar;
5. Zoom in with Ctrl+WheelUp for precision;
6. Select every pixel from the "censored" rectangles (you'll have to them one at a time);
7. Right click your selection and select 'Invert colors' from the context menu;
8. Profit~
Now that I've given useful input, I feel safe to admit that this picture displeases me a lot, but I respect that people might get off on this and I actually would enjoy if someone were to elaborate on the picture and maybe I might even like it. Who knows, right?
