Actually, it looks like her ribcage is also in between the doors. Furthermore, this is a still shot, so the doors may not be finished attemting to close, and, finally, hydraulic doors usually have safeguards to prevent them from injuring people when closing.

I don't know about Japan, but the subways in my area (Which WILL close on bags, clothes, body parts, etc, without re-opening) are actually too weak to do serious damage. They might exert ten, fifteen pounds of pressure.

The problem is there are people behind her, so she can't pull her breasts out of the way easily without someone behind giving her butt a squeeze.

That might even be why she got stuck between the doors initially, someone gave her a surprise, and she was startled. Now she has the doors trying to close on her over and over, humiliating her each time her breasts get squeezed.

But I'm sure someone out there will kiss them to make them feel better.
