....Yea I'd say its fairly obvious, given the incredibly obvious fake breast, that the one on the bottom is a trap and the one on top is a reverse trap. I don't even know what people mean when they say cuntboy, a female to male transexual? I suppose that's always possible, but I've never actually heard of one being in any hentai ever.

Cuntboy is the opposite of a dickgirl. You don't see it in hentai because it's an American term, and a pretty rare fetish. A dickgirl is someone who is psychologically female and has female secondary sexual characteristics, but has a cock and balls and no parts of the female reproductive system. Conversely, a cuntboy would then be someone who is psychologically male, physically looking like a male, but with a completely functional female reproductive system and no cock or balls. A cuntboy differs from a female to male pre-op transexual in that he was born that way, rather than made to look that way with hormone treatments and science, much like dickgirls are different from male to female pre-op transexuals for the same reasons. In hentai, what you see are futas. Futas differ from dickgirls in that they have fully functional reproductive systems from both sexes and could theoretically knock themselves up, being true hermaphrodites. Of course, as far as I've seen, all futas have otherwise looked decidedly female. I've yet to see a male version of a futa. Regardless, dickgirls, cuntboys, and futas are all fictional concepts that cannot occur naturally, though something akin to dickgirls and cuntboys have been known to sometimes happen with certain mutations, but they aren't fertile.
The terms are definitely easy to confuse though, and sadly, though I've tried to clearly define them here, only a handful of people will see it.

There are futanari that appear male, and they are indeed still considered futanari for tagging purposes here.
Relatedly, "dickgirl" and "cuntboy" should never be used as tags.
Any character, regardless of appearance, with both sets of genitals is futanari.
A character who appears female, but only has a penis and no vagina, is a newhalf.
A character who appears male, but only has a vagina and no penis, is simply androgynous, and possibly a reverse_trap.

but what about a character who appears male but has female genitals and DOESN'T look androgynous at all? like if a character has a body of a male bodybuilder? it's not that simple anymore I guess since you can only call androgynous those characters who are slim and thin
