it's probably a promotional image, you just get a sample of the art quality on the left, and a preview of the erotic portion on the right. the idea is to entice people to want to buy it. hentai is an industry, the idea is to make money so they can make more hentai instead of some boring job taking up most of their time. it's not a very complicated notion :P
