Who is the blue hair guy? I don't see any name to the left under tags and i don't click on "source" cause they have a tendency to not work. Is he the artist? (inserting himself into his drawing)

The only time that pixiv source links don't work is if it's a direct link to an image. If the link doesn't end with a file extension like .jpg or .png, the link will work.
