Seed was amazing. I do NT get why people hate it. Cuz of the replayed scenes? It was new technology they were trying. It was the first gundam drawn on the computer. They had to make some minor budget cuts is all. Without seed there'd be no 00 (EVERYONES FAAAVORITE. Personally,I think it was good but it start to get predictable and the ending sucked balls), gunpla builders g, unicorn or age. Or was it the story? Yes kira was whiney the whole time but anyone would be the same in his shoes. And I saw nothing wrong with anything else in it. I loved it. I loved it so much I watched it twice and even seed destiny

The reason people hate SEED is because, while the original series was good (though a bit similar to the original MSG for a good chunk of it), the sequel series SEED Destiny wasn't anywhere near as good. Mostly due to the change in writers midway through.

Personally, I absolutely love SEED, it's my favourite Gundam series. I cannot stand 00. I like Kira, I find him a really good character as well as most of the main characters for the series. I do like Destiny I just did not like the fact that the story is supposed to focus around Shinn but as soon as Kira came back into it, the series more or less went back to him. Not to mention the final battle was essentially a cut and paste job of SEED and Kira, Athrun and Mu were ridiculously over powered.
