It doesn't need to be an accurate depiction of the actual game, assuming it is Monster Girl Quest. Nobody who will draw their own version of something previously existed will have the exact art style of the original artist which is why art is as unique as it is. That being said, I have to agree with Anon1. These girls have strong characteristics to those featured in Monster Girl Quest.

As for the artist, I believe it might be zinger (excess m). (S)he often draws scenarios where multiple girls will dominate one boy in similar poses as shown in this picture, and the visible legs of the zombie woman resembles his or her style of drawing.

It's not about if it's FROM MGQ or not, it's about if it RESEMBLES MGQ or not. It doesn't have to be the same artist, and it doesn't have to be exactly about the game itself, just as long as it's got an obvious connection to the game. I'm surprised that with all the images on here, there's still some dumbnuts who don't understand that.
