Well, Togepi has a unique egg pattern, and there's official art indicating other species have their own pattern(I remember a yellow egg with electrabuzz like black markings featuring in the Official GS player's guide from Nintendo of America), but yeah, all eggs, except for Manaphy's Egg have the same sprite in game with a yellow with green dots pattern. At least through BW anyways.
