i think they're fucking her tracheoles on the side. A lot of insects have holes in their body that air can passively diffuse through in order to breath. IE: they don't breath via muscular action the way mammals do, they just let air passively enter the holes and it exchanges takes in oxygen while releasing carbon dioxyide.

This is probably way more TMI than you were expecting for this image, but at least you can tell folks you learn stuff while staring at porn.

And $5 says when your biology teacher starts talking about tracheoles on insects you'll remember this and wow them with what you know.
