Correctioon the best usage of a ribbon as its clearly shown (here especially) to be a craftily set up bow. Its incorrect to say bunny ears and I find the tag to be in error as they are not actually ears, natural or otherwise.
In all fairness its a common enough mistake with this character, personally I think they should have just made them ears and spared everyone the confusion but they didn't.

Absolutely no one was confused. They are very obviously intended to be bunny ears without them being a weird headband or a strange bunny girl in such a setting.
