I'm going to answer them all.

The "third eye" is likely just reflected light, but it really does look a lot like an extra eyeball.

His face is probably red from exertion.

It's probably tagged Ocarina of Time because this Link isn't a kid, and he's dressed somewhat like Ocarina Link (although the hair doesn't seem to part quite right for that Link, though it could be because it's blowing around).

This picture may have nothing to do with the Wind Waker battle at all, or could be a different take on the battle, using an older Link. Your guess is as good as mine.

The beard and cloak would suggest Wind Waker Ganondorf.

The Adult Link in this shot has his hair parted like Twilight Link but his clothing matches that of Ocarina Adult Link.

I wouldn't take too much stock in the appearance of Link, though, as it's clearly an artist interpretation, but this is quite unilaterally a reimagining of the final battle in Wind Waker.
