Seriously, when first playing this game when borrowing it from a friend, i had only seen Naoto for like one or two lines, and i was like, he's a she... i mean, its a great game, but there wheren't really any plot twists that shocked me in this game, so i really dont think they could be considered spoilers, especially now that alot of people have either played it and/or seen the anime.
