You have to keep in mind that the events of Black 2 & White 2 take place two years after the events in the original Black & White. I assume the current anime is on the same timeline as the original Black & White, so it's probably unlikely that this will happen in the anime. Although if she makes makes a reappearrance in the following generation like they did with Haruka (May) and Hikari (Dawn) I think it would still be possible for her to meet Satoshi (Ash) again as Champion.

@Anon6: It's possible that as far as the actual game storyline goes, Touko/Touya never actually became champion, or at least kept the title. Black/White 2 apparently mentions that the previous protagonist was out looking for N.
