That said, I do think they took the femininity too far with this one, he really doesn't look like a boy at all. To me, he just looks like the creators drew a girl then called it a boy to screw with people, and I don't mean in just this piece of fan art.

Anon2, many males look extremely feminine IRL, to the point they get constantly teased or bullied.
The defining trait is usually the lack of breasts.
