Don't know her name, but she is apparently going to be released as a card at some point in the iOS/Android game "Rage of Bahamut"...

It's a collectible card game (and a pretty cool one) with other mel/a card art in it as well (like succubus and Camulia...)

im addicted to that game and the 12+ rating is wrong the demon females succubus, camulia, and lilith have sexually suggestive text and several cards have decently sized breasts.

She is called Annerose in the english version as a hw card for finding item that gets damage bonus on walls I believe.
