That looks more like a Game Boy Pocket. The original Game Boy was made in a way that the ends of the cartridge was flushed with the rest of the system, whereas this one has both ends clearly exposed.
It could also be the Game Boy Color (maybe), but the fact of the matter is that this isn't the Game Boy.
