That is -not- a swastika on her arm.

It is referred to as "inverted" because the normal swastika is perpendicular on it's sides to a square, rather than being at a corner angle like it is shown here. It originally was a symbol of peace before the Nazi twisted it (literally) during WWII.

The symbol on her arm is "manji".
