Did Shinkiro really make this? This and others like it look more like Marvel comics, a style very different from Shinkiro's.

I've used both of them a lot, and seen lots of people (some being pros) use both of them extensively.
And to this day I still can't see why people say Wesker is broken, and this guy isn't.
