Slightly unsure on the translation here. She's implying or pointing out that the Night Stalker shouldn't get anything (medicine), lit: to 'Esa' Gift / Give (her) nothing, please.

It's the 'Esa" part I'm unsure of. It can mean animal food, fodder, or enticement. She wants medicine and the character saying it is a medic.

If anyone has anything better, feel free to edit.
