Shiki would definitely win. Such battle is discussed a lot on Nasuverse forums and it was concluded that Shiki would just destroy UBW and destroy any weapon Shirou creates or fires at him. Shiki would have no problem tearing Rho Aius apart or destroying Caliburn's beam. Maybe Shiki would be able to get under Rider's Mystic Eyes influence or be beaten by Caster's magic, but Shiro has nothing he can do to kill Shiki.

One slice in the ground, the world gets destroyed, Emiya cant trace anything that can beat Shiki, cause EoDP are the most powerful destructionforce in the universe and so, the one Emo fell victim to the Eyes of the other emo. ^^

He may not be able to. His speciality is swords and only non-sword he ever traced is Rho Aias in Heavens Feel, but that was only with Archers powers.

Rho Aias used in UBW was not his.
