Hey does anyone know what anime/manga this character is from? I've looked up "tansuke" and "takagi" but to no avail T_T thx!

She isn't from an anime or a manga. I looked up the image on Pixiv. She is an original character by the artist, tagged tansuke here but currently named TNSK on Pixiv. Her full name is apparently 高木 命, read "Takagi Mikoto." A Google search for that name produced no results, so chances are the most she's appeared in is a doujinshi on Pixiv, if that.
