I think that's Carnage, not Venom. Venom has the spider symbol on his chest. Carnage doesn't. Also, Carnage is better known for extruding claws and jaws and random blades from his symbiote mass, where Venom typically uses pseudopods and tentacles (Though in the Ultimate Spider-Man series, he made quite a few uses of jaws).

Finally, this symbiote is very lean and wiry, where Venom is a hulking brute that's 7 feet tall and nearly 5 feet across the shoulders.
