Red guy on the left is Hatchiyack. He was from a movie that wasn't released here called Plan to Eradicate the Saiyans. It was actually (fairly recently) released in America, packaged quite neatly with Raging Blast 2 for PS3 and 360. If you like DBZ, it's actually a very good game, and worth it 'cause it's the closest you'll get to a game of the character roster size and quality of Budokai 3.

Honestly I liked the original, nearly hour long version of Plan To Eradicate The Saiyans more than the remake, even though the remake did cut through some of the bullshit and got to the point.
But still, it was cool watching them have to fight mooks without being able to just blast them with energy balls, especially the bit where Piccolo caused one of them to blow himself up with landmines, taking the generator he was guarding with him.
The real ball kicker was that even in the remake, when fighting the Ghost Warriors, Vegeta still literally did nothing for most of the fight. As in he didn't appear; oh sure, they had Bulma appear and do something, but Vegeta somehow just fell asleep in the air and forgot all about the fighting with Frieza, Cooler, Slug and Turles.

They really should have added a new opponent to the ghost warrior scene for Vegeta to fight, though I can't think of anyone at the moment who would be worth fighting.
