In fact, whether they have fur over their bodies or not is genetic feature that makes not distinction between genders. It's just we haven't seen a female with fur yet. Besides, as stated above, Heimerdinger and Corki are both examples or fur-less males (they they got an epic afro and an epic mostache to balance this lack).

No, I read a Riot post somewhere detailing that female yordles remain small in stature and have pointy ears, but lack the growth of total body fur like their male counterparts. There never will be a furry female yordle unless its a crossdresser/tranny.
