I think the Skyward Sword Link could take him on. The Master Sword was at its strongest then, Link had that shield that negated electricity, ex: lighting! Also Link could raise the Master Sword up high and summon his own lighting, plus his would be Divine Lighting!

Judging by the chainmail and him being left handed, I'd have to say thats the Twilight Princess Link.

...and as much of an LOZ fan as I am; Vader would win, nothing stop Force Choke.
Vader never used Force Lightning anyway.
