Explanation: Grail-kon constantly drools and is sorta slimish. Kariya is infected with horrible worm-things from hell (or something) and they occasionally make him chuck up blood. And worms.
This is a play on the fact that they both leak things from the mouth. I think? If not, then I have no fucking idea.
