Most normal, healthy men get a ton of boners in their sleep. That's why morning wood happens. From the way the woman's eyeing that dick she looks like she's going to do something with that information and give the guy something worth waking up to.

A woman should never try to explain morning wood, Toonsrule. We get it before we wake up, approximately 5-10 minutes depending the guy and his biology. It doesn't happen with wet dreams all the time, in fact only 1% of the time because most males don't have wet dreams. When a man doesn't get morning wood, it's an indicator his health declining. Same with erectile dysfuction. Not all men get it, but when it happens "the Patriarchy" hasn't bothered to find a cure for it.
