It is suspiciously absent around Naruto.

I think it might be a deliberate attempt of the artist to convey just how heavenly/dreamy it is for Naruto to be with Ino in this manner.

As a side note: This might explain his look of sleepiness as being more of a look of utter bliss, as if that wasn't self-explanatory.
