I think the two main bubbles mean: "Either cute or... truly embarrassed." This one was beyond me, but hopefully it points someone in the right direction.

I'm not that sure either, but I think it says "you have to tell me I'm cute, or else i'll be embarrassed."
The phrasing and kansai-ben is throwing me off.

ka.... kawaii toka iwanto ite ya... mecha hazukashiiwa...

It means "Stop... stop saying things like I'm cute... it's really embarrassing...

toka = connector = "like" or "or" (ex. There are round fruits *like* orange *or* watermelon
iwanto = iwanaide = Don't say etc.
