I don't know any other foreign language other than French, but I think I can make a good enough assumption as to what she's saying.

I may be wrong on that, she may instead be talking about the laws of thermodynamics or something.

Yeah, there really isn't much to translate. It's mostly assorted laughter. The only exceptions are a brief cry of "Stop!" in the second panel and the note in the first, which says "Wall". I suppose she's meant to be trapped halfway through a wall?
