Not a trap harem. Pink dress is the only 'trap', the two at his side are girls and the one in the back is a girl dressed as a guy, so 'reverse trap'. Super confusing picture lol

I know, I meant he's a trap and he has a harem. Those are rare. It's usually traps being a part of the harem.

It's not confusing at all. Nitori is male, Takatsuki is a reverse trap, and the other two are typical girls
