Once upon a time there were female namekians but somehow when planet namek turned to a clusterfuck instead of preserving their females the males were mostly wanking off (or something) and they all died

so with all the females dead one male (guru ) figured a way to reproduce asexually and now we have only males (who are weak as fuck compared to normal produced namekians through fucking like the original piccolo) but we still have namekians and dragonballs!
