canon :p In Pokemon Adventures, she hides two pokeballs with clefairy and jigglypuff in her shirt. Sabrina rips it off after she taunts her and they pop out. How anyone was supposed to recognize the reference, I don't know...

Actually, Red, Green and Blue are running around in Silph Co.
Sabrina finds blue and has Kadabra use Disable on Blue. Blue makes a comment on Sabrina's chest being smaller than hers, and Sabrina orders Kadabra to slash Blues chest.
Guess where Jigglypuff and Clefairy are?
Another thing,
In Pokemon Special, everyone is allowed to carry as many pokemon as they want, but with more pokemon, comes need for more food to feed them. Therefore, the usual maximum that trainers will carry is 6
