Anon2 Every monster in the game have sexual and feminine undertone due to the protagonist's psyche. Even PH's in-game model has noticeable pronounced buttock, it's not surprised if he rock some high heels :)

Speaking of Pyramid Head, if his helmet indicate that he is the movie version, why did he wear apron? isn't the movie's wear only skirt thing?
