This is fanart of Shoulder-a-Coffin Kuro, a comic about a young lady named Kuro (on the left) wandering the earth to find a cure for the curse that's slowly killing her. She's accompanied by two science experiments she finds (the twins, whose names evade me) and a swarm of bats. Cute manga.
