In Rebuild, Rei's are bigger.

In the original series, they both vary from A- to C-cups depending on the scene, with Asuka probably bigger on average.

Misato's proportions are fairly consistent, but that doesn't stop the vast majority of hentai and fan artists from turning her into a Z-cup hambeast in their portrayals. Thankfully, we have an exception here.
